National Apprenticeship Week (NAW), which runs from the 3rd to the 9th   of February, is now in its 13th year and is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the benefits of apprenticeships.

The theme for NAW 2020 is ‘Look beyond’ and is aimed at encouraging everyone to look beyond the outdated stereotypes surrounding apprenticeships and to celebrate the diversity of opportunity and value that they bring to the UK business economy today.

Our apprentices at Sentura, Olivia Stevenson and Emily Russ, who both study Business Administration, celebrated this National Apprenticeship week with the Rutland Adult Learning Services and Peterborough Regional College by joining in on the fun and sharing a cupcake!

Sentura’s Managing Director Laurie Pollard said, “We are delighted to have had two apprentices – Emily & Olivia – join our team in September 2019.  This is the first time the business has participated in the National Apprenticeship Scheme and we are very pleased with the contribution and progress they have both made within the workplace so far”.
