The Sentura team met at the Rutland Hall Hotel overlooking Rutland Water for a ‘One Team One Vision’ business meeting and team building session on Wednesday 7th June.
As well as reviewing the business’s performance and achievements during the first four months of this year, the team also looked ahead to plans for the coming months with presentations from members of the senior management team.
Our new Finance Assistant Paula Diep was voted Values Champion for T1 2023 by her colleagues in recognition of her willingness to go the extra mile in assisting others, getting involved in other activities such as charity work and baking delicious cakes for the office!
And speaking of cakes, the team also celebrated the company’s 60th anniversary in business with a magnificent cake baked by Rutland Hall’s Head Chef.
The focus for the rest of the day was learning about the different personality profiles and how team members can work even more effectively together by better understanding their colleagues.
