On Friday 21st May, the Sentura team gathered on Zoom for the company’s first ‘One Team One Vision’ meeting of 2021.
The meeting was an opportunity to review the first third of the year and to plan the company’s overall goals, as well as each department’s goals, for T2.
The Sentura Values Champion award for the first third of the year was also announced during the meeting. This went to Jonathan Lovell, Sentura’s new Quality and Compliance Manager! Jon has only been with the business since February this year, so this is a huge achievement and shows Jon’s hard work and the impact he has made in the company during a very short time.
The meeting was also attended by two virtual guests. Jim Hetherton – ‘The Productivity Ninja’ – held an informative session on how everyone in the team can be more productive, and Vicky Evans, Community Fundraising Executive for the Air Ambulance in Leicestershire & Rutland gave a very insightful presentation about incredible work of the service. The Sentura team have recently been raising funds for the Air Ambulance, one of its chosen charities for 2020-21, by undertaking a Superhero Challenge. More will follow about this in a separate blog post very soon, so keep your eyes peeled!
